Looking for a night that blends community service, good vibes, and live music? Join us for an unforgettable evening! Whether you’re volunteering, just enjoying the concert, or doing both, we’ll bring the wine—just bring a chair or blanket and get ready for a fantastic time.
AYPROS Volunteer Opportunity 4:45 PM:
Sign up to help the Asheville Symphony Orchestra sell beer during Symphony in the Park! Our shift runs from 4:45 PM to 7:30 PM, and in return, you’ll score drink vouchers for Boomtown FestAVL. To sign up, click here and choose “Beer Tent Symphony First Shift” (Check-in is at Pack Square Park Pavilion). After signing up, quickly complete this ABC online course to get your free certification.

Have a few minutes? Complete your free Responsible Alcohol Seller Program (RASP) Certification. Once certified, it never expires, making volunteering for Asheville Downtown Association (ADA) events a breeze.
Get RASP Certified in a Few Easy Steps:
- Go to ABC Training.
- Register or log in.
- Search for "Asheville Downtown Association" under businesses and select 29 Haywood Street.
- Complete the Seller/Server course, quiz, and download your certificate.
Don't want to get certified but still want to volunteer? Choose "Floater Symphony, First Shift"—the Symphony will still have a place for you.
Symphony in the Park AYPROS Gathering (Volunteering not required) 7 PM:
Whether you’re volunteering or just want to enjoy the concert, meet us at or before 7:00 PM in Pack Square Park! We’ll have a designated AYPROS section with wine and snacks provided. Bring a blanket or lawn chair, and settle in for a night of great company and music under the stars.
